Online orders will ship within 1-2 business days. The only exception is our hand knitted sweaters which are produced on demand. Hand knitted sweaters will be sent directly from our production facility in Nepal. Duty and Taxes will be paid by DINADI. Please allow an extra 2 weeks delivery time for hand knitted sweaters.

DHL Service Point 49 SEK, Delivery 2-3 days to pick up point.
Orders above 3000 SEK qualify for free shipping.

Your order will be shipped from our Swedish logistics center and delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected. ID is required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The price at time of purchase is final and we honour our campaign periods. We are unable to offer or make any price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price that later go on sale, or for items on sale that are later available for further reductions. We offer a 14 days return policy and you are welcome to place a new order and proceed with a return if the garment is in perfect condition with all hangtags intact.

 

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, DINADI reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 200 SEK/20 USD/18 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.

OUTSIDE EU

If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 500 SEK/50 USD/45 EUR will be charged at return.
