Shipping Delivery
All orders will be sent from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days. The only exception is our hand knitted sweaters which are produced on demand. Hand knitted sweaters will be sent directly from our production facility in Nepal. Please allow an extra 2 weeks delivery time for hand knitted sweaters.
Delivery methods and times will depend on which country you are shipping to.
SHIPPING TO SWEDEN
DHL Service Point 49 SEK, Delivery 1-3 days to pick up point.
Orders above 1000 SEK qualify for free shipping.
Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected. ID is required.
SHIPPING TO EU COUNTRIES
UPS Standard (2-4 days) 10 EUR
Orders above 150 EUR qualify for free shipping
Since orders are shipped from Sweden orders to the EU customers will be charged VAT at checkup and will not be liable for duty.
SHIPPING TO NORWAY, SWITZERLAND AND THE UNITED KINGDOM
UPS Standard (4-5 days) 15 USD
Orders above 150 USD qualify for free shipping
Orders to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kindgom will not be charged VAT at checkout as they are outside of the EU. will not be charged VAT at checkout. Customers will be responsible for any eventual VAT, duty and/or customs fees which may be charged separately.
SHIPPING TO CANADA AND THE USA
UPS Standard (3-5 days) 15 USD
Orders above 150 USD qualify for free shipping
Orders to Canada and the USA will be sent DTP which means duty and taxes will be paid by DINADI and there will be no extra charges to the customer.
SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
UPS Standard (4-5 days) 25 USD
Orders above 200 USD qualify for free shipping
Orders to Australia and New Zealand will not be charged VAT at checkout. Customers will be responsible for any eventual VAT, duty and/or customs fees which may be charged separately.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The price at time of purchase is final and we honour our campaign periods. We are unable to offer or make any price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price that later go on sale, or for items on sale that are later available for further reductions. We offer a 14 days return policy and you are welcome to place a new order and proceed with a return if the garment is in perfect condition with all hangtags intact.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, DINADI reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 200 SEK/20 USD/18 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.
OUTSIDE EU
If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 500 SEK/50 USD/45 EUR will be charged at return.
