Returns & Exchange
You are always welcome to return your purchase within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations. Products must be in new and unused condition. If you wish to exchange to a different size or colour, please place a new order on our website and return the original purchase.
DINADI takes great care to avoid waste and returns will be repurposed and are never thrown away or burned.
RETURN FEES
DINADI will provide you with a shipping label for your return and a fee will be deducted from your refund. The return fee depends on which country you’re returning your product from:
Sweden: 49 SEK
EU: 10 EUR
Canada: 20 CAD
USA: 15 USD
Rest of the World: 15 USD
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. If you would like to initiate a return, reply to your order confirmation to let us know. If you do not have your confirmation email anymore you can also send as an email to care@dinadi.com. Please include your order number for our reference.
2. Once we’ve heard from you we will send you a shipping label which you can attach to your package. For returns in Sweden you can then drop off the return at your closest DHL Service Point center and for all other orders your order can be dropped off at your nearest UPS center.
3. Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refund amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the card provider.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, DINADI reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 200 SEK/25 CAD/20 USD/18 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.
OUTSIDE EU
If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 500 SEK/65 CAD/50 USD/45 EUR will be charged at return.
REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
We exchange goods bought online within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange to a different size or colour, please place a new order on our website and return the original purchase.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
All products come with a 2-year warranty against faults in fabric and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular or daily use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact our us and we will review your case. Please include the order number, photos of the suspected fault and a description of the claim.
Claims arising from the goods being damaged in transit must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please provide order number and photos of the damaged product(s). You might be asked to return the product to us for examination. If that is the case the shipping expenses are covered by us.
If the claim is approved we will first try and repair the product, alternatively, we will replace it with a new. If either the product is expired or sold out or the entire batch is faulty we will refund the value of the product. In no circumstances will the retail value of the product be exceeded.
Claims regarding products bought at our retailers must go through them.
