1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1 ORDER CONFIRMATION

By placing an order through our online store, you are approving of our terms & conditions and a binding agreement is entered into. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event, that the stock level or price was incorrect, at the time of receiving the order. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail after your order have been placed. Once your order has been completed, you will receive another e-mail. In the event of a cancellation or changes to your order, you will be contacted by e-mail.

 

1.2 DISCREPENCIES

We do our best to ensure that all information and content on the website is accurate at any given time. However, inaccurate information regarding prices, stock levels or content may occur. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event, that any of these parameters were incorrect at the time of receiving the order.

 

1.3 PRIVACY

When you have visited our website and accepting our cookies policy various data will be available to us. All data including information provided at newsletter signup and checkout is for internal use only and will never be given or sold to any third parties.

2. PAYMENT AND PRICING

2.1 CREDIT CARDS

We accept card payment with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. At checkout, you will be asked to provide the card number, the period of validity and the CVC code. No credit card numbers are stored after a transaction have been carried out. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter any difficulties.

 

2.2 PRICES

For our European store our base currency is SEK and for our North American store, our base currency is CAD. Foreign currencies and prices are all converted from our base currency.

Prices can be displayed in the following currencies.

DINADI currently sells to the USA, Canada, European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland.

Our Canada/USA distribution center is located in Canada. Canadian orders are duty free and orders to the USA are duty free up to $900 USD. Sales tax will be applied to Canadian orders but American orders will be sales tax free.

Our European distribution center is located in Sweden. Orders within the EU are duty free. 25% VAT is included in the price of all EU sales.

For Norway, Switzerland and Iceland, VAT is not charged and it is up to the customer to check on the relevant duty and sales tax rates for imports into these countries

 

3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

3.1 ORDER HANDLING

All orders will be sent from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days. The only exception is our hand knitted sweaters which are produced on demand. Hand knitted sweaters will be sent directly from our production facility in Nepal. Please allow an extra 2 weeks delivery time for hand knitted sweaters.

Please bear in mind that order handling might be delayed during peak periods, e.g. around collection launches and sale season.

Delivery methods and times will depend on which country you are shipping to:

SHIPPING TO SWEDEN
DHL Service Point 49 SEK, Delivery 1-3 days to pick up point.
Orders above 1000 SEK qualify for free shipping.

Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via text message or email when your package is ready to be collected. ID is required.

SHIPPING TO DENMARK
UPS Standard (2-3 days) 49 DKK
Orders above 1000 DKK qualify for free shipping

SHIPPING TO EUROPE
UPS Standard (2-4 days) 10 EUR
Orders above 150 EUR qualify for free shipping
Orders to countries outside of the EU will not be charged VAT at checkout. For deliver to non-EU countries, the customer will be responsible for any eventual VAT and customs fees which will be charged separately by the courier

Shipping is free of charge for all DINADI orders.

SHIPPING TO CANADA
UPS Standard (3-5 days) 15 CAD
Orders above 150 CAD qualify for free shipping
Orders to Canada will not be charged VAT at checkout. The customer will be responsible for any eventual VAT and customs fees which will be charged separately by the courier.

SHIPPING TO THE USA
UPS Standard (3-5 days) 15 USD
Orders above 150 USD qualify for free shipping
Orders to the USA will not be charge VAT at checkout. For orders over $900 USD, the customer will be responsible for any eventual customs fees which will be charged separately by the courier. Orders under $900 will not be charged customs fees.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD
UPS Standard (4-5 days) 25 USD
Orders above 200 USD qualify for free shipping
Orders outside of the EU will not be charge VAT at checkout. The customer will be responsible for any eventual VAT and customs fees depending on the country of import which will be charged separately by the courier.

 

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES

4.1. RETURNS

All goods ordered through our online store can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please bear in mind that return expenses will not be refunded. Goods can be returned to:

DINADI takes great care to avoid waste and returns will be repurposed and are never thrown away or burned.

RETURN FEES

DINADI will provide you with a shipping label for your return and a fee will be deducted from your refund. The return fee depends on which country you’re returning your product from:

Sweden: 49 SEK
Denmark: 49 DKK
Rest of Europe: 10 EUR
USA: 15 USD
Canada: 15 CAD
Rest of the World: 25 USD

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1. If you would like to initiate a return, reply to your order confirmation to let us know. If you do not have your confirmation email anymore you can also send as an email to care@dinadi.com. Please include your order number for our reference.

2. Once we’ve heard from you we will send you a shipping label which you can attach to your package. For returns in Sweden you can then drop off the return at your closest DHL Service Point center and for all other orders your order can be dropped off at your nearest UPS center.

3. Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refund amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the card provider.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS
If your order is not collected and returned to our warehouse, DINADI reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 20 EUR to cover shipping and processing costs.

OUTSIDE EU
If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, an additional fee of 500 SEK/500 DKK/60 CAD/50 USD/45 EUR will be charged at return.

 

4.2 REFUNDS

Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible.You will then automatically receive an e-mail with a credit note. The refund amount will be returned to your account via the payment method you used for the purchase. The amount usually appears on your account within 2-7 working days, depending on the card provider.

 

4.3 EXCHANGES

We exchange goods bought online within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange to a different size or colour, please place a new order on our website and return the original purchase.

 

4.4 WARRANTY CLAIMS

All products come with a 2-year warranty against faults in fabric and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular or daily use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact our us and we will review your case. Please include the order number, photos of the suspected fault and a description of the claim.

Claims arising from the goods being damaged in transit must be notified to us within 7 days of receiving the package. Please provide order number and photos of the damaged product(s). You might be asked to return the product to us for examination. If that is the case the shipping expenses are covered by us.

If the claim is approved we will first try and repair the product, alternatively, we will replace it with a new. If either the product is expired or sold out or the entire batch is faulty we will refund the value of the product. In no circumstances will the retail value of the product be exceeded.

Claims regarding products bought at our retailers must go through them.
