Environmental Responsability
We believe that we are responsible and accountable for the end life of each product we produce, which is why every garment is 100% natural, renewable, biodegradable and completely free of plastic pollutants such as acrylic, nylon and polyester. We also only use natural fibers in our tags, products boxes, marketing materials and packaging. No yarn goes to waste, as we use 98% of the yarn we order to produce our products, and any yarn left over is used to sew on labels and attach hang tags.
Organic Mono-fibres
Every DINADI product is knitted exclusively in 100% organic mono-fibres. We strongly believe that we are responsible to consider the end life cycle for each product that we produce. By producing using organic mono-fibres we’re able to attain circularity since every product is fully organic and fully compostableat the end of it’s life cycle.
Slow Fashion
The slower pace of hand knitting and crocheting has really helped reframe how we design and produce garments. Our approach to slow fashion is to design thoughtfully and with longevity in mind. Making a product “better” means making better choices throughout the entire supply chain ensuring that we’re respecting people, animals and the environment.
Zero waste
We love hand knitting! All of our hats and mittens and many of our scarfs and sweaters are knitted by hand in the homes of our employees. No machines are used in the process. This not only provides fl exible job opportunities for our makers but also saves on electricity, decreases waste and produces beautiful and functional products without seams
